Regional Sales Representative / Agronomist (Field Advisor)
– North Coast NSW Region

Based on natural minerals, our range Mineral Fertilisers are focused on the renewal and regeneration of our environment and our range of Livestock Supplements are becoming well known for their effectivity.
AgSolutions is offering the opportunity to join our Sales Team as a Field Advisor in the north and mid New South Wales coastal area.
Working with our Rural Store partners, in addition to soil and livestock nutrition advice, our Field Advisors offer a range of services including soil testing and crop recommendations, livestock nutrition and ration formulation advice, providing on-farm consultations to customers located within their working regions.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with Rural Stores to promote the benefits of AgSolutions products and services.
- Providing agronomic and livestock nutrition technical support to Rural Stores and on-farm to producers. (Company training will be provided).
- Maintaining well-established key client relationships and building new relationships with a focus on generating strong sales results.
- Collaborating with key clients to develop demonstration sites.
- Hosting or attending field days and seminars as required to build networks within the agricultural industry.
- Delivering training to Rural Store partners and clients.
What Would You Bring To The Team?
Selection Criteria:
- Excellent rapport building and strong communication and network building skills.
- Experience in the agricultural industry and a deep rooted passion for regenerative agricultural practices and the desire to make a difference.
- Tertiary qualifications in agronomy or agricultural science.
- A highly professional and self-motivated attitude with demonstrated ability to work in an autonomous capacity.
- A structured and strategic approach to creating sales and new business development.
- Residency in the regional area, with a readiness for regular travel (up to 60%), to engage with clients within the designated operational region.
- Current open drivers’ licence.
The role demands a confident and capable applicant, with excellent time management and communication skills. You will be rewarded for your contributions to the business with an attractive salary (base salary proportionate to your experience and skill set plus incentives/commissions), 11% superannuation, home office equipment, tools of trade and a fully maintained Company vehicle. There is genuine flexibility as to where the role can be based within the north and mid coast region of New South Wales.
